Publisher

ApplyWise is a product developed and published by Ranuvo.

Private beta

ApplyWise stores your candidate profile, extracted resume text, resume file, saved application records, and approved reusable answers in Chrome extension local storage on your device. The private beta does not transmit this information to ApplyWise servers.

Page access

ApplyWise accesses the active page only after you click Analyze page, Fill current form, Remember answers, or Check application. It does not run background crawlers or submit applications.

Sensitive fields

ApplyWise excludes passwords, CAPTCHA responses, social security numbers, birth dates, demographic data, disability information, veteran status, and salary fields from answer memory.

Control and deletion

You can export tracker data from the extension. Removing the extension normally removes its locally stored data. A future cloud-sync version will require a new consent flow and updated policy before activation.

Contact

For privacy questions or deletion guidance, contact Ranuvo. Do not include private resume or application information.
